Dr. Marwa Magdy Ghanem Abdelfadeel (Merve Ayyad) is an Associate Professor of Management with Turkish and Egyptian nationalities. Born on May 14, 1978, she holds a PhD in Management from the University of Hull, UK. Currently, she is a part-time Assistant Professor at Qatar University and an Associate Professor at Suez Canal University. Her research focuses on sustainable tourism and management. Dr. Ghanem is an active consultant for the International Labour Organization (ILO) and has a strong publication record, including works in prominent journals such as Elsevier and Emerald. She resides in Doha, Qatar.
